ပညာရွိေသာသူသည္ မိမိအျပစ္ကုိ သူတုိ႕ုကုိမသိေစရာ။ သူတစ္ပါး၏အျပစ္ကုိကား သိေအာင္ျပရာ၏။ အဘယ္ကဲ့သုိ႕နည္းဟူမူကား လိပ္တုိ႕သည္ေျခလက္ေခါင္းတုိ႕ကုိ လွ်ိဳ႕၀ွက္ကုန္သကဲ့သုိ႕ မိမိအျပစ္ကုိ လွ်ိဳ႕၀ွက္ရာ၏။ သူတစ္ပါးတုိ႕အျပစ္ကုိလည္း မွတ္ရာ၏။ The wise man should not make his fault known to others while he takes notice of others’ faults, just as a tortoise hides its limbs.
